Bug Summary:
Newly uploaded resumes are not immediately reflected in the Candidate List

Environment: Staging

Module: Candidates List / Resume Upload

**Steps to Reproduce:**
Open the Candidates List page.
Upload a resume using the one-by-one resume upload option.
Wait for the upload/processing to complete.
Observe the Candidates List.
Upload another resume one by one and repeat.

Expected Result:
After a resume is successfully uploaded and processed, the newly created candidate should automatically appear in the Candidates List without requiring a page refresh or navigation.

Actual Result:
The newly uploaded candidate does not appear immediately in the Candidates List. The candidate becomes visible only after:

Refreshing the page, or
Navigating back and returning to the Candidates List, or
Opening the new upload flow again.

Impact:
Users cannot immediately see or verify newly uploaded candidates. This can create confusion about whether the resume upload was successful.
