Title: Candidate Gmail address is modified with a UUID after applying for a role

Environment: Staging

Module: Candidates → Job Application → Applicants

**Steps to Reproduce:**

Add a candidate from the Admin panel with a valid Gmail address.
Verify the candidate's email in the Candidates list.
Apply for a role using the candidate's profile/resume.
Navigate to Jobs → Applicants.
Check the candidate's email address.

**Expected Result:**
The system should retain and display the candidate's original Gmail address without appending a UUID.

**Actual Result:**
The candidate's Gmail address is modified by appending a UUID after applying for the role.

Example:

Original: deshmukhhemant30@gmail.com

After applying: deshmukhhemant30+b4b412ea-154c-4713-b181-056afd1dff08@gmail.com

Impact:The modified email can affect candidate communication and email-based workflows.
