Current Display:

3 - Any yrs exp
4 - Any yrs exp
8 - Any yrs exp

Suggestion:
Display the experience requirement as:

3+ years
4+ years
8+ years

Reason:
From a candidate/user perspective, “3+ years” is clearer and more commonly understood as a minimum experience requirement. The current “3 - Any yrs exp” wording is awkward and may make the user interpret it as a range with an undefined upper limit.

Expected UI:

3+ years instead of 3 - Any yrs exp
