**Title**: Remote and Hybrid work mode filters display Full-Time jobs that do not match the selected filter

Environment: Staging

Module: Candidate Portal → Jobs → Work Mode Filter

Severity: Major
Priority: High

**Steps to Reproduce:**

Open the public Candidate Portal Jobs page.
Open the Work Mode filter.
Select Remote.
Observe the displayed job cards.
Repeat the same steps by selecting Hybrid.

**Expected Result:**

When Remote is selected, only jobs with Remote work mode should be displayed.

When Hybrid is selected, only jobs with Hybrid work mode should be displayed.

**Actual Result:**

After selecting Remote or Hybrid, the results contain Full-Time job cards that do not match the selected Work Mode filter.

The filter is therefore returning incorrect/random job results instead of restricting the list to the selected work mode.
