Bug 018— Candidate Application Cannot Be Submitted

Title: Candidate application submission fails with “Failed to fetch” error

Environment: Staging

Module: Candidate Portal → Candidate Application

Severity: Critical
Priority: High

**Steps to Reproduce:**
Open the public Jobs page.
Select any job and click View Role.
Click Apply for this Role.
Enter valid candidate details.
Upload a valid PDF/DOCX resume.
Click Submit Application.
Repeat the same flow with another valid candidate and resume.

Tested With:
Candidate 1: Atharv Kardile — PDF, 0.33 MB
Candidate 2: Rutuja Yewale — PDF, 0.10 MB

Expected Result:
Application should be successfully created and a success confirmation should be displayed.

Actual Result:
For both candidates, submission fails with:
**“Failed to fetch”**
The application is not successfully created.
