Bug-017 — Bulk upload count is inconsistent and some selected resumes are missing

Environment: Staging
Module: Jobs → Golang JD , Devops → Bulk Resume Upload
Priority: P2 – Medium
Severity: Major

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Golang job.
Select 8 resumes for bulk upload.
Start the upload.
Observe the applicant count immediately after the upload.
Perform a hard refresh.
Check the Applicants count and applicant list.

(repeate the same procedure for devops )

Actual Result:

Immediately after the upload, only 3 applicants are shown as uploaded.
After a hard refresh, the count increases to 5 applicants.
8 resumes were selected, but only 5 applicants are ultimately displayed.
3 selected resumes are still missing.

Expected Result:
All 8 selected resumes should be uploaded and displayed in the Applicants list. The applicant count should remain consistent before and after a hard refresh. If any upload fails, the application should clearly identify the failed files and provide an appropriate error message or retry option.

Impact:

Missing candidates from the job.
Incomplete screening results.
Inconsistent applicant count.
Recruiters may assume all resumes were uploaded.
