Description

Bug-015— Candidate-specific Must-have skill count mismatch

Summary:
Must-have skill count differs between JD parsed skills and candidate matching results.

Environment: Staging

Module: EZScreen → DevOps Job → Candidate Matching

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the DevOps (Copy) job.
Check Job requirements (AI-parsed).
Observe that the JD contains 14 Must-have skills.
Open Rutuja Yewale’s candidate profile.
Check the AI match section.

Actual Result:
The candidate profile displays 9/15 Must-have skills, indicating a total of 15 Must-have skills., sometimes 9/16

Expected Result:
The candidate matching result should use the same 14 Must-have skills parsed from the JD. If 9 skills match, it should display 9/14, not 9/15 or 9/16

Impact:
The candidate’s skill-match percentage and potentially the overall score may be calculated using an incorrect Must-have skill count. This can lead to inaccurate candidate ranking.
