**Bug Summary** :
Editing the raw JD Description text does not trigger re-parsing of the structured "Job requirements (AI-parsed)" data — parsed skills remain stale.

**Environment**: Staging

**Module**: JD Parsing — Edit Sync
**Preconditions**
User is logged in.
A job exists and has already been AI-parsed once, producing a structured must-have skill "Cloud security & IAM fundamentals".
**Steps to Reproduce**
Login to the application.
Open an existing job whose JD was already parsed.
Edit the raw JD Description: remove the word "fundamental" from "IAM fundamentals".
Save and check the parsed Skills section.
Edit again: remove "IAM fundamentals" and "cloud security" entirely from the Required Skills bullet.
Save and check the parsed Skills section again.

**Expected Result**
After each edit, the structured/parsed Skills list should re-parse and reflect the current raw JD text — "Cloud security" and "IAM fundamentals" should no longer appear once removed from the raw text.

**Actual Result**
Parsed Skills section still shows "Cloud security & IAM fundamentals" as a must-have skill, identical to the very first parse, even though the raw JD text no longer contains either term.

**Test Data**
DevOps JD, Required Skills bullet originally: "Linux administration, cloud security & IAM fundamentals" — edited down to "Linux administration, IAM fundamentals" then to "Linux administration".
