## Why
No CONTRIBUTING.md; VRF suite matrix is non-obvious for newcomers.
## Task
Add `CONTRIBUTING.md` covering: Node 18+, `npm test`, which suites are Node-only (RSA) vs browser-capable (EC), PR checklist. Link from README.
