Can't see/filter tags on iOS

# Steps to reproduce
1. Create a card as a note
2. Edit note
3. Add a tag (via context menu)
4. Save & return to Kanban Board

# Expected Behavior
- See the tag attached to the card
- Be able to filter tags

# Actual behavior
- no tags to be seen on Kanban Board
- Filter dropdown lists no tags to choose from
