Feature Request: scoped templates

what would be really neat is the option to add scopes to your templates, so depending on the notebook that you are in when executing 'Create note from template', you would get a list of templates specific to that notebook.

this notebook based approach is just an example, but other implementations could be thought of. what I really want is an option to trim down my list of templates based on context, since I have a lot of them already, and manually searching through a dropdown containing all of them is a pain.
