It should be able to define html tags to exclude from inlining

Most frameworks as bootstrap or what ever set styles on all tags using * {...}
In some cases there should be an option to exclude tags (as meta, title,...) from the automatic inlining process. It looks weird.
Ok this problem is not caused by the inline-css task but the task could be smart ;)
