How to instantiate ReadHandleFactory?

Description
Hey! Thank you for the crate and your Noria presentation, learnt a lot. I am trying to instantiate `ReadHandleFactory` but can't find any way of doing that. As a workaround I have `Mutex` but anyway it would be perfect to use a library factory.
