Description

Currently, I have the following bind:

bind generic H !tig log %(file)

This works, although, is a little hacky, since it opens a second tig on top of the currently running instance. It would be great if :view-log could take an argument, just like tig does.

Research direction

Start by tracing the :view-log command and the generic binding using %(file), as described in the issue. Determine how the currently selected tree file is exposed to commands and how log views are opened. Done means :view-log can use the selected file within the existing tig instance, without launching a second tig process.
