iOS Safari search bar input focus zoom mismatches search result area width

Tested on iOS (26.6.2) Safari on iPhone 13 mini

Focusing the search input triggers a slight zoom in on iOS Safari which mismatches the search results area, leaving the first letter of the search results hidden. User needs to manually scroll the result area or pinch zoom out to see the full results text. Reproduce the issue on an iPhone 13 mini using iOS Safari, then inspect the search input and search-results styling in the site. Adjust the relevant layout or focus behavior so focusing the input does not hide the first result letter or require manual scrolling, and verify the interaction on the affected device.
