Transaction stuck in mempool

I have a transaction that has been stuck in the mempool for about 2 months. The funds do not show up back in my wallet when the transactions are purged from my mempool. When I reinstall the app, import my wallet, and have it do a sync it detects the transaction from somewhere and reappears in my mempool. I'd like to be able to perform an RBF transaction as these were just sweeps. I can't perform a CPFP because I don't own the keys to the destination.
