Show identity duplicates in orderbook?

Especially because of the fidelity bonds, now even more than before makers are encouraged to have 1 single fidelity bond and 1 bot rather than many(this is a consequence of the [quadratic factor](https://gist.github.com/chris-belcher/87ebbcbb639686057a389acb9ab3e25b#quadratic-factor)), however, most of the makers don't have fidelity bonds('bout a 35ish% does at times) and there are different orders by the same identity).

They could be highlighted with the same color like how relative/absolute offers are shown.
