Add "Send to Jar" component to Fidelity Bond flow

Again, as discussed in [Call 22](https://github.com/joinmarket-webui/jam/wiki/Community-Call-%2322), with #481 the "default flow" of Jam changes. We can't use the scheduler to create `cj-out` UTXOs since the scheduler will now always sweep to external.

@editwentyone proposed to add one step to the Fidelity Bond flow at the very beginning, allowing the user to do a collaborative transaction to have a `cj-out` UTXO for the Fidelity Bond.
