Animation effect breaks Disqus

Hi! Great template, I love it so far. I found one problem though. I set up the animation effect, add Disqus comments, and when I click the little bubble icon the Disqus page should show up as an Iframe. But when the animation effect is on, the page loads at the top.

I removed the body class and moved it to the first div in default.html layout and it is now working fine. I hope I didn't break anything I don't know of.
