The rules for this payment system are:

- Do not ever start working on an issue before you are assigned
- You must be first assigned to an issue before you start work
- Comment on one issue only say you want to work on it and wait for a maintainer to assign you to that issue
- Only issues that are labeled as `$1` are eligible for payment
- Your PR must first be approved by a maintainer and then merged before payment is sent
- You must have a GitHub Sponsors profile
- Any GitHub user that spams will be banned and not paid
- You must be able to solve the issue 100% correctly
