No Link for Public (ngrok link is missing) Any Idea guys???

I haven't got any installation error but still there hasn't any ngrok or public link, Any idea guys???

Start by reproducing the v2.1 startup flow and compare the LOCAL INFORMATION and PUBLIC INFORMATION output shown in the issue. Trace where the public lure and control-panel URLs are generated, then verify that a usable public link is displayed when the application starts.
