OperationalError: database is locked

Anyone else get the "OperationalError: database is locked" message?

I was able to successfully use Trape once. The second time (and subsequent times) I get the message above.

Start by reproducing the reported sequence: use Trape once, then run it again and observe the database-locked error. Trace the Python database access involved in the second run and confirm that repeated use completes without the error; the issue does not name a file or test to begin with.
