Ngrok authtoken error

[x] ERROR: Command '['./ngrok', 'authtoken', u'my_auth']' returned non-zero exit status -4

I got above error, my ngrok author token was correct and I tried 2 more author token but it failed.
I had hidden here my_auth😐
