Thanks for creating this mini-utility!
The node-cfenv package has an [option](https://github.com/cloudfoundry-community/node-cfenv/#getappenvoptions) to provide a `vcapFile` from which values of `VCAP_APPLICATION` and `VCAP_SERVICES` can be read. This is really helpful when running the app locally.
I don't see such an option in this utility. If this is something you would be okay to add to this package then I can open a PR.
