Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
You have to fill out a two-page form to view the live menu. Some people don't want to be recommended a meal and just want to use the site to view the live menu every once in a while, we should ensure that we provide as efficient an experience as possible.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a button to view the live menu before forcing a user to log in. Maybe the benefits of adding your favorite foods and receiving meal recommendations and recommended caloric intake are features that are only open to those who do go ahead and add their info, but I do think there should be an option to just view the menu and not have to do all that. Maybe have a detective feature when loading the menu pages to check to see if the user information is there, if not then don't load the favorite food option and the recommended caloric intake

**Describe alternatives you'd consider**
I believe that this will only benefit the application, as we open ourselves up to people who don't feel comfortable or don't have the time to complete the form. Part of our statement was that we provide faster loading times and a better experience than the GDS website. If we make the user fill out the form first if they simply just want to view the live menu, then we remove our advantage in time-to-view.
