Hi, great plugin! 👏

It feels like there's a significant hole in this space for programmatic-like enforcement of sane markdown formatting.
AFAIK, none of the existing markdown auto-formatters support semantic-ish autoformatting.

Would you considering publishing a version of this tool with a CLI interface, or (if it already exists) documenting it?
Autoformatters are... significantly more useful if they can enforced consistently and automatically, akin to `prettier`, `black`, or `gofmt`.

It'd be great to have this available as a CLI, which can then be easily applied as a pre-commit hook, github action, etc.
