Description
Implement 'forceescape' filter according to the [jinja2 specification](https://jinja.palletsprojects.com/en/2.10.x/templates/#forceescape):
> Enforce HTML escaping. This will probably double escape variables.
For now, in Jinja2C++, this filter should work the same way as `escape`.
