Location of current question

Hi,

How is currentQuestion passed to the agent if it's a gap question? My understanding is that the chat messages only contain the user's original question, and I don't see a section in the system prompt.

I do see that when the "reflect" action is taken, then the new gap questions are included in the diary context entry, but this doesn't appear to be the case when an answer attempt fails and gap questions are generated.

In any case, how does the agent know which gap question is the current one?
