Description

I get this on my Windows machine:

It might be something to do with Android API levels. Currently installing looking at
* https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45393794/xamarin-resource-layout-does-not-contain-a-definition-for-tabbar-error?rq=1

It might also be this:
