Description
Add a field in the second step of registration for the user to either select from a dropdown of known schools (populated by a one time import) or input a new school/organization (when the user adds a new one it should not be added to the dropdown list)
There will currently be no backend functionality utilizing the school.oranization list and will be a simple text string on the user profile which will be accessible by the admin only via direct database query
