Community: Add in a 'website' field to profile and circle profiles

Description
Since we understand that it is hard to add in an active link to the description and bio text fields, we would like to add in a 'Website' field to:
- My Profile page
- Circle profile
This field would be a link that would open up the URL in a new tab. Would allow people to put in their personal web pages.
@GaliShapira Please add in Zeplin designs for this. Thanks! (for how to add in the website URL and where it will be located in both profile and circle pages.)
