User table - add in link to allow editing of certain fields

Would be great to be able to edit certain fields, for example, edit country: if put Israel in Arabic or Russian, would like to be able to change it to the English version.
Click on the person's username (WHICH SHOULD BE UNIQUE, BUT IT IS NOT! #3727), and opens up a profile page with some editable fields.
Fields to edit:
- Country
- City
- State
- School/organization
