Search results - if no JIGs found, but courses found, then should just list the courses, not say 'Oh snap!...'

Description
When you search for 'alef bet courses', there are no JIGs found, but there are courses. we should have the usual sentence about what was found, with simply the number of courses. Instead, we can 'Oh snap!' that no matches were found!
