Video module- is there some way to hide adverts and suggested videos?

Description
If we define that a video is for children, can we hide adverts and suggested videos at the end?
I found a blog on adding " ?rel=0" after the URL to hide the recommended videos.
https://www.capturevideoandmarketing.com/blog-news/related-videos-youtube-embeds
Could we add that to any video that gets embedded?
Regarding the ads - we should look at https://support.google.com/youtubekids/answer/6130541?hl=en
