Description
When a user adds words to the word list when creating an activity, they may accidentally insert an identical word.
Suggestion: Add a feature that when a user inserts a duplicate word/ term to their words list, a confirmation/ tooltip notifies the user about the duplicate term. Message can say: "Duplicate Term" with options to ignore or view others.
