Description
The current menu button placement was a terrible hack, written before we had a mathematical approach to calculating the OOBB.
Now that we have it, we can use a real OOBB to place the menu at the corner.
This would need to happen on the Rust side

Research direction
Start by locating the Rust code for transform box menu placement and the existing OOBB calculation. Trace how the menu corner is currently selected, then verify the menu is positioned from the OOBB corner rather than the previous hack; the issue names no files or tests.
