RND not triggered when starting app with expo cli

Hi !

Until last week, everything was okay with rndebugger.
Since this week, the electron app is not triggered anymore when launching the react-native app ( with expo-cli )
No error message, nothing is shown to be helpful for you.

The console tab select option displays only 'top' value, not the rndebugger .

Platform: Andoid
Is real device of platform: Nop, a virtual one from Android Studio
Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04
