Breakpoints move after clicking line AND no longer pauses execution

Description
Tried to put a breakpoint on line 7, it automatically creates a breakpoint on line 8. This occurs throughout all my files. And even when I run through this code block, the breakpoints (even in the wrong places) do not stop execution
I noticed this happened after the RNDebugger auto-updated this morning.
