To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a trapezoid
2. Connect several ports with connecting lines.
3. Scroll the mouse wheel to observe the scaling effects on the connection points, which will dynamically adjust, and the exported SVG will also reflect these changes.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Adjusting the zoom level should not merge connection points, and the exported SVG must also conform to the original design intent.

Reproduce the issue in draw.io 28.2.8 on Windows 11 by selecting a trapezoid, connecting several ports, changing the zoom, and exporting SVG. Trace the connection-point scaling and SVG export behavior from the editor entry points; done means zoom changes do not merge connection points and the exported SVG preserves the intended design.
