Describe the bug
If I provide a link to a text anchor in draw.io for Confluence (Cloud) it opens up a new window. My setting for links is always "Automatic" because text anchor links used to function within the same window. Not it seems like it switched to "Open in New window". I manually changed the settings to "Open in This Window" but I wanted you to know that there might be a bug somewhere. Would be great if the default linking behavior for text anchors would go back to "Open in This Window" again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Insert a text anchor link in a draw.io diagram in Confluence Cloud
  2. Click on the link
  3. New window opens and it doesn't jump to the text anchor

Expected behavior
Stay inside the existing window and jump to the header that was linked when haveing "Automatic" link behavior active.

Screenshots
It is hard to provide a screenshot for this behavior.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in draw.io for Confluence Cloud 30.0.1 by creating and opening a text-anchor link with link behavior set to Automatic. The issue names no source files or tests, so trace the link-handling entry point from that reproduction; done means the existing window remains open and navigates to the linked header.
