"This app is blocked" when creating a new diagram in a Google Doc

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add the extension to Google Drive / Google Docs. Grant all requested permissions.
2. Create or open a Google Doc
3. In the toolbar, select Extensions > draw.io > New Diagram...
4. A dialog saying "Authorization required" opens. Click "OK".
5. A window saying "This app is blocked" and "This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access." appears.

Expected behavior
I would expect to be able to use the features of the extension and create a new diagram embedded within a Google Doc file.

I tested the problem in incognito/private mode with all browser extensions switched off, write "yes" below:

Additional context
I am able to create a new drawing from outside a document and then embed that drawing in a document, but that's an awkward workflow.

Start at the Google Docs extension entry point: Extensions > draw.io > New Diagram..., and trace the authorization flow that opens after selecting it. Compare the flow with creating a drawing outside a document, then verify the Google authorization configuration and permissions. Done means a new diagram can be created and embedded in a Google Doc without the “This app is blocked” error.
