Line labels offset when importing from .vsdx

Describe the bug
When opening/importing a network diagram (.vsdx) that is using line labels they are offset in drawio. When opening in Visio alignment is correct

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'attached file and open in drawio'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
line labels should be aligned on there respective network connection

Line 1.vsdx.zip

Start by opening the attached Line 1.vsdx.zip in draw.io and compare the line-label positions with the same diagram in Visio. Trace the .vsdx import path to identify how label offsets are interpreted; the issue is done when imported line labels align with their network connections.
