Set default language for syntax highlighting inside codeblocks

Pandoc recently got


* New --indented-code-classes option, which specifies default

     highlighting syntax for indented code blocks.

But there is currently no way to use this inside Gitit, despite it being a

very nice feature for pages with lots of code samples in one language.

John says: "But it wouldn't be too hard to add a 'default-code-syntax'

field to page metadata, which would have the same effect."
