Feature request: support for table caption

I tried to add custom class and wrapper to MD table so it can render to Bootstrap's responsive table, all the way with the caption:

But unfortunately caption did not supported on `commonmark_x+attributes`

Please support it.
In the mean time Im going to create filter to make it work
