SIGSEGV when dealing with unsupported file in indexer

Describe the bug

ScaResults is a ptr in TargetResults struct but there are missing checks to cope with it.

Start at utils/results/common.go, especially checkIfFailBuildWithoutConsideringApplicability, and trace how ScanCommand.RunAndRecordResults in commands/scan/scan.go handles an unsupported file. Reproduce by scanning go.mod. Done means the command skips the unsupported file without a SIGSEGV.
