Research direction
Start with the reported 401 response for the Xray indexer download at /xray/api/v1/indexer-resources/download/linux/amd64. Review the issue discussion and the relevant JFrog Xray or Artifactory permission documentation to identify the required access for local scans. Done means the required permissions are clearly documented and the scan can download the indexer successfully.
