Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported workflow with JFrog CLI v2 on RHEL against Artifactory Cloud, capturing the Docker login and push output. Compare the failing Docker publish with the successful Maven artifact publish and identify the cause of the retrying behavior. Done means a logged-in Docker image can be pushed successfully in the same workflow.
