Access to modal view (to use in custom onboarding)

I would like to be able to access the modal view directly to use in my custom onboarding.

Building fully custom (too much time).

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by reviewing how the package currently presents permission modals and how its public SwiftUI API is consumed, then define the smallest public interface that lets custom onboarding access that modal. Done means a documented, usable modal-access path without requiring a fully custom implementation.
