Description
Add the option to store results in a remote, shared location somewhere.
The goal here is to create a dataset that only contains scores for your software and your dependencies. This could be leveraged for running queries or building dashboards etc.
In addition to this, we probably need a command in `tally` that can update scores in the database older than some threshold.
