Rider intellisense doesnt work

affect v0.2.0
## How to reproduce
1. launch Jetbrains Rider
2. open `example-sdk\example2\Example2.sln`
3. run the build of the solution, it succeed
4. intellisense doesnt work
reopening the solution doesnt affect the intellisense
## Expected behavior
Intellisense works.
No items in the project explorer (it's a known bug in VS too https://github.com/jet/falanx/issues/27 but doesnt affect the `fsc` args)
